Should you have to cancel your booking, you do not have to inform us by email or phone. You can cancel your booking online via your booking confirmation any time before 24 hours of handing over your vehicle. Please call up your booking confirmation (you will receive the link to your booking confirmation by email) and click on the red button “Cancel booking”.
If your booking details have changed, you can edit/update your booking details at any time by simply calling up your booking confirmation. You will receive the link to your booking confirmation by email after you have done your booking.
