Should you have to cancel your booking, you do not have to inform us by email or phone. You can cancel your booking online via your booking confirmation any time before 24 hours of handing over your vehicle. Please call up your booking confirmation (you will receive the link to your booking confirmation by email) and click on the red button “Cancel booking”.

An online cancellation within 24 hours of handing over the vehicle is unfortunately not possible. Please contact us by email or phone. Otherwise, we run the risk of not being informed of this cancellation via the system in time. In this case, you will also be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.
