Here you will find questions that are most frequently asked about parking at Cologne Airport. Our FAQ page is continuously growing over time, but this is not possible without the help of our customers. You can conveniently reserve a parking space online at https://parkenflughafen.koeln - around the clock. If you have any questions, our hotline service is available for you around the clock.

In the event that you leave the parking space earlier than the booked end of the parking space, we are unfortunately unable to give you a refund.

The total price includes the parking space price including the transfer to / from Cologne / Bonn Airport (one-time there and back) as well as the statutory VAT (19%).

No! With us there are no hidden costs.

There are no set times. Please note the information provided by your airline or your tour operator. Airlines usually ask their customers to be at the airport two to three hours before departure. We recommend that you allow at least 30 minutes for parking, payment and shuttle transport to the airport.

You come with your car to our company premises (more details under “Directions”), there we take care of the formalities and explain the process for the return collection. We will then take you to the terminal in our comfortable shuttle bus directly to Cologne-Bonn Airport. In the case of collective transports, there may be short waiting times in exceptional cases.

On your return flight, it is absolutely necessary to call the driver service (the telephone number is in your booking confirmation) after you have received all of your luggage. You go to the agreed meeting point and from there you will be transported back to the car park immediately. An information flyer will be given to you before you start your journey.

You only pay in cash on arrival at the car park. We do not expect prepayment and annoying disclosure of your bank details. TIP: Have the corresponding amount ready for our shuttle driver on arrival at the parking lot! You will then receive a receipt for the payment amount.
