Should you leave earlier than the end of the booked parking period, we cannot give you a refund.

The total price includes the price for the parking space including transfer to/from Cologne-Bonn Airport (one-time return) and the statutory VAT (19%).

No! There are no hidden costs with us.

There are no fixed times. Please take note of the information provided by your airline or tour operator. Normally, airlines ask their customers to be at the airport two to three hours before departure. We recommend an additional 30 minutes for parking, payment and shuttle transport to the airport.

You come with your car to our premises (more details under “Directions”), where we take care of the formalities and explain the procedure for return collection. Afterwards, our comfortable shuttle bus will take you directly to the terminal at Cologne-Bonn Airport. In exceptional cases, waiting times may be short for collective transport.

On your return flight, it is essential that you call the transport service (the telephone number is in your booking confirmation) after receiving all your baggage. Go to the agreed meeting point, and from there you will be immediately transported back to your parking space. An information flyer will be handed out to you before departure.

You pay on arrival at the parking space directly on site in cash. We do not expect prepayment and annoying notifications asking for your bank details. ADVICE: Have the corresponding amount ready for our shuttle driver on arrival at your parking space! You will then receive a receipt for the payment amount.

In this case, we will gladly help you get your car going free of charge.
